BLISS, LOVE AND HARMONY WORKSHOP with LILI GAVRILOVIĆ

Hi and welcome!

 18 years ago I created the first workshop on the topic of female essence. Working with the feminine essence keeps inspiring me and helps me discover new levels of awareness, I keep coming back to it.

 Autum is time of harvest when our bodies awaken, and women's bodies in particular are in this time source of magical creative energy, so I invite you to join me on a magical journey into the world of female nature. During the workshop, I will guide you how to bring your essence to life, how to nurture it and how it can help you also in your daily life.

 In recent years, there has been a lack of connection between women, there is a lot of sadness, numbness, insincerity and envy. In our depths we yearn for bonding, but we are so cut off from our being that we don’t know how to create nor maintain it. Even in partnership, we often forget about ourselves. In order to get a man, we are willing to do many things, often to the detriment of ourselves. 

All this inspired me for this year's Love, Bliss and Harmony workshop. I want to open up a space for real connection. A space in which we first support ourselves, our feminine essence, and then others. In this way, we will awaken our will, strength, compassion, joy, playfulness, patience and kindness and learn to step into in difficult situations, especially with a colleague, a friend, a mother, or a partner. We will discover an impulse within ourselves that will help us open up to tenderness, lightness, natural beauty, support, strength, energy, creativity and sensuality. 

The focus will be on the energetic and emotional layers of the body, feeling joy, happiness, harmony and love! We will discover ancient, traditional knowledge that is written deep within us. When we get to know our soul, we meet ourselves and ask ourselves who we are and what our purpose is. Each of us has a very special gift, and you may discover yours at this workshop. 

At the workshop we will:

• Practice morning breathing and gentle movement.
• Recognize our female essence in the body.
• During the day we will activate female energy.
• In the evenings, we will practice soft and regenerative relaxation, rituals and meditation.

Who is it for? The workshop is intended for everyone who is ready to open up to the feeling of universal love! This time the workshop is for women only, all ages are welcome.

What do you need? Light and comfortable clothes., water bottle, snack, notebook and pen. I will send you additional instructions upon registration! 

Some impressions from the previous workshop: ''I decided on the weekend workshop with Lili without hesitation, mainly due to good past experiences with Lili's programs. For several years, I have been deeply involved in intellectual work, and I have been interested in how I can express myself through sensation and other forms of expression. Recognizing your feminine essence through movement, touch, visualization and voice was a profound experience that was fascinating and also challenging. Through physical, breathing and meditative practices, rituals and very vivid dreams, I got in touch with my inner strength and sensuality. I explored pleasures, discomforts, emotions, solitude and interactions with others. I think it is very important that the workshop lasts several days, because I did need time to disconnect, relax and let go. When I left the workshop after three days, I felt light, fluid, and focused. My family noticed my energy, enthusiasm and cheerfulness.
